The Renewable Energy Tool Box (RETB) is a flagship output of the three-year ENPI-CBC MED regional project “Strategic Hubs for the Analysis and Acceleration of the Mediterranean Solar Sector (SHAAMS)” implemented in Spain, Italy, France, Greece, Lebanon, Jordan and Egypt.
The rationale behind the RETB is to provide teachers and educators with an interactive tool to rely on when addressing renewable energy issues with 12-16 years old students. It is a collection of selected material to tap on in order to set up informative talks or short courses on renewable energy related issues.
The RETB - very far from being exhaustive given the virtually endless amount of material available in internet or through other sources – aims at offering, in the languages of the SHAAMS countries, a very first screening of the available resources.
All material extrapolated from different sources to compile the present RETB has not been modified and its use is exclusively educative in line with the original purpose of the authors.
